Daily Draw #9 and #10

#9 is based on Quetzalcoatl, these are a couple of outfit designs for myself and my bf for some upcoming summer events.

#10 is Cerberus noming on someone.  Because right now, I'd really like to feed a certain person to a helldoggie ;)

Daily Draw #5-#8 and some updates

Daily Draw 5: Trunko
This is a cryptid critter that was said to have battled with two killer whales off the coast South Africa.  It apparently lost the battle and was swept ashore where it was found.  Here's a link to some info http://www.angelfire.com/sc2/Trunko/trunko.html  I have never heard of this dude before, just came across him doing some research

Daily Draw 6: The Sphinx
Lets do some riddles... they don't have to be in the dark.  But if I win, I get to eat you up :3

Daily Draw 7: Vampire
I always liked when vampires turned into batty-beasties and hung upside down.  So absurd and amazing.  I was picturing both Lost Boys and Dracula when I drew this one up.

Final paint of a Samara commission for someone in Finland.  Pretty cool!  I'm international, as soon as I send it to her!  Excited :)

Daily Draw- Day 4

Day 4: Ammut or Ammit
Stayed with the Egyptian theme for today too.  Another goddess, but this one is darker and more of a beastie.  Meet Ammut or Ammit, she is made up of the 3 largest man-eaters in Egypt, the crocodile, lion and hippo.  Her place is at the side of Anubis, hanging out by the scales of justice where the heart of the deceased is weighed to see if they get into the afterlife or not.  If their heart was deemed impure, Ammut devoured it and they were unable to continue to immortality in the afterlife.

Daily Draw- Day 3

Changed gears a little to go into Mythology.  Anyone who knows me knows I love Egyptian stuff.  Especially snakes.  So here's a goddess that is depicted A LOT.
Day 3: Wadjet
Wadjet is a protection goddess associated with the pharaohs.  You can see her totemic form in the uraeus (the two serpents with the sundisc between them) and on the pharaoh's headress along side her sister Nekhmet, the vulture.  Wadjet is associated with justice and fire, often the "aggressive defender" of the two sisters.

Also wanted to share a post of the asari head I'm working on (cast from the Samara mold for http://facebook.com/samaraME2 ), this is it after initial seam fixing.  I will have these available for purchase.  Both latex and fully painted pieces are available, I can do any asari you like :)  The two I'm working on just happen to be for Samaras at the moment.  If you want more info, please email me at themadmasker@gmail.com

Daily Draw- Day 2

February is Daily Draw month over at Satellite Soda and here's my second drawing of the month.
Grimalkin or Greymalkin
These cats are usually witches' familiars.  There's not a whole lot of info on them but from what I could find, they tend to be older female cats, usually have glowing eyes and have the ability to shapeshift.  I gave it a skullface because it's cool.  I might do another of this one, doing a transformation...

First post here!  I'm doing a challenge over at Satellite Soda for Daily Draw February.

Here's the first one: Zombie
